HEF4794B & HEF4894B LED drivers

These parts contain a serial shift register having a storage latch associated with each stage for strobing data from a serial input to parallel LED outputs. Two serial outputs are available for easy cascading.

The parts come in a 16-pin (8-bit) and a 20-pin (12-bit) plastic DIL or SO package.
