ABT family overview

NXP 74ABT and 74ABT16 Advanced BiCMOS families combine the low power dissipation and low noise of CMOS with the high speed and high output drive of bipolar products. The 74ABTxxx and 74ABT(H)16xxxA device families can operate at either TTL or CMOS logic input levels. These devices operate from a power supply of 4.5V to 5.5V.
